After my mother's unexpected and unattended death, I was scrambling to find the next steps in the process of cleaning and settling my mother's estate, which was made especially hard being out-of-state. After calling TSV BioClean and Restoration, they quickly answered the phone, and calmly and professionally laid out next steps. I was kept updated daily by text message (sometimes multiple times per day!) and they were always willing to answer any additional questions or concerns I had. They also texted me pictures of items in my mother's house that I had specifically requested to be set aside for safekeeping, and they even sent pictures of other items, just to make sure it was okay to discard. The house was perfectly cleaned when I arrived, and Shannon and Tirza even agreed to meet me to do a walk-through of the house to make sure their work was satisfactory. Ultimately, we ended up selling the house to their investors for a more-than-fair price to be restored and sold to a good family.
